    You can take simulator courses based on the officially recognized lapcenter curriculum here: lapcenter Zurich, Cantonal Hospitals Lucerne and Zug, University Hospitals Zurich and Basle, CHUV Lausanne. Same as last year, participants receive a certificate over 35 CME (continuous medical education) credits from the Swiss Surgical Society at the end of each course.

Our simulators

Innovative training for surgeons

Simulation is the best learning method for Residents. It is the one and only chance to train all the necessary surgical skills in a realistic and at the same time absolutely risk-free environment. Simulation is not the future, it is the presence!

These simulators are available for courses

At the lapcenter, we offer courses on simulators of all big manufacturers. The different modules and learning methods cover a broad training spectrum. The course content comprises laparoscopic basic skills as well as complete surgical procedures, and even minimal-invasive surgery in urology and gynecology.
